News and updates
For updates and news on the latest issues, please go to the News for Site Owners page.
If you have an immediate problem (email not working, site not visible), then call or email me. If the problem is general, it will affect most Cobourg internet sites and any email that operates on your site will not work. If that happens, then you should know that I will most likely already know about the problem - but only if it's general. If it's only you that's affected, then please contact me ASAP.
It is possible that you can be locked out of the server because the firewall has decided you are a spammer. In this case, the problem is NOT general - it's just you. This can be fixed if you contact me.
Most of the time, "news" will be FYI or useful but not about server status. Previous to the establishment of the Site Owner News page, newsletters were distributed. The earlier newsletters are no longer available.
Server Performance
Server uptime and response time is monitored and a report on that is given at the bottom of the Hosting page. Note that there are two servers; most clients are on cobourgcloud.com while cobourginternet, cobourghistory and other "supported sites" are on netcobourg.com
Web Mail
Short instructions
In a web browser, enter <domain>/webmail (Or <domain:2096) (e.g. www.cobourginternet.com/webmail) - user name is email address. Password is email password. This will access secure (encrypted) webmail.
